  1. Products and services »   A complement of products and services that results in high levels of customer satisfaction, sufficient retail net income, and desired numbers of meal plan holders.
  2. Facilities »   Safe, secure, well-maintained, well-equipped, well-located, and inviting facilities that are ideal for customers and students to enjoy dining, social interaction, and learning.
  3. Staff »   A successful, high-achieving, and professional staff exemplary of:
    • learning through inquiry
    • planning and assessing for continuous improvements in quality and service
    • modeling teamwork, collaboration, and civility
    • communicating effectively with diverse audiences
